Nucleus

The unified employee workspace

Nucleus is the employee's way into dnaXpro. Instead of hunting for the right screen in each system, they find four clear things: what they can start, what they have submitted, what awaits their decision, and what they need to finish. It is built on each user's permissions and the systems enabled for their company, so they see only what concerns them.

What it offers

My services

A catalog of what an employee can start: leave or hourly leave, payslip, an official letter, an advance or loan, resignation, overtime permission, punch correction, data change, a purchase need, a fault report.

My requests

They follow everything they submitted, its current stage and who it is waiting on, without asking anyone.

My approvals

Cards for the approver to decide from where they are. The direct manager is resolved as approver automatically, and late requests move on with a reminder or escalation.

My tasks

Tasks assigned between colleagues, with several assignees, forwarding and followers. Automatic tasks arrive here too, such as a policy acknowledgement, an interview evaluation or a required punch, and open in one click.

Acknowledgements and confidential complaints

HR issues an acknowledgement and each employee's confirmation time is recorded. Employees also have a confidential complaint channel with an anonymous option, followed through a tracking code.

An app on the phone

It installs from the browser with its own icon and runs with a bottom navigation bar suited to one hand, in Arabic and English.

How to use it

How it works

  1. Start from My services

The employee picks a service and fills in a short form in clear steps.

  2. It reaches the decision maker

The request appears in the direct manager's or approver's approvals, with a deadline and escalation if it is late.

  3. Follow it through

The employee sees the stage of their request and receives the outcome, and follow-ups turn into tasks when needed.

Permissions and privacy

You see only what concerns you

A service shows only if its system is enabled for your company and the user holds its permission. What does not concern them does not appear.

Tasks have owners

Completing belongs to the assignee, and editing, deleting and reassigning belong to the creator alone, enforced on the server.

Protected complaints

A complaint does not pass through the direct manager. Revealing identity requires a special permission and is audited, and an anonymous complaint stores no identity.

The same security on the phone

The app is the same site, so the same permissions and sign-in apply, with no separate copy of the data.

A good fit if

  • Your employees do not know where to submit a request or who it is waiting on
  • Approvals are delayed because the approver cannot see what is waiting
  • You want employees to work from their phones without a separate app

Nucleus works with the dnaXpro platform and takes its shape from the systems enabled for your company: whenever you enable a system, its services appear in My services.
