Helix is a smart assistant that lives inside dnaXpro, not a separate program. It appears on every page, knows where you are and which document you mean, and answers from your own company's data within your own permissions. It reads, analyzes and suggests. It never writes, edits or deletes anything.

What it offers
Answers from your data
It sees the tables of all your enabled systems together and connects them, such as sales invoices and receipts by customer name, not one system at a time.
Instant charts
It draws bars, lines, area or pie charts inside the panel, in the platform's colors and with full Arabic support.
Export to Excel
Under every table it shows there is an export button that gives you a file with real numbers and dates, up to five thousand rows, with a frozen header and a filter.
Alerts ahead of problems
It alerts you using fixed rules on your data: a tip, a reminder or something urgent. What you dismiss does not come back, and it never interrupts you while you type.
On every page
A floating button and the Alt+A shortcut open a panel that stays with you as you move between pages, and the conversation is kept per user.

Limits and safeguards
Read only
It never changes your data. Every query passes through a guard that accepts a single read statement, inside a transaction that is always rolled back.
Within your permissions
It opens no table whose screen you cannot access, and cost and price columns appear only to those who hold those permissions.
Sensitive data stays hidden
Passwords, salaries, bank accounts and ID numbers are never exposed to it, whatever the permissions.
Your company only, and audited
It works on your current company's database only, and every Excel export is recorded in the audit log.
